Still have questions?
Don't hesitate to reach out directly. I'm happy to answer any questions before you decide to start therapy.
Are you currently accepting new clients?+
Yes! I am currently welcoming new clients. The best way to get started is to reach out via phone or email, and we can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
What does a first session look like?+
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. I'll ask some questions about what brings you in, your history, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. There's no pressure β you share only what feels comfortable.
Do you offer virtual sessions?+
Yes! I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients in Nevada. Virtual therapy is just as meaningful and effective as in-person care.
Do you accept insurance?+
I currently accept select insurance plans and also offer private pay options. Please reach out directly to discuss fees, sliding scale availability, and insurance. I want cost to be as little a barrier as possible.
How long does therapy usually take?+
Healing isn't a race. Some people find meaningful relief in a few months; others benefit from longer-term support. We'll regularly check in on your progress and goals together, and you are always in charge of your journey.
What if therapy feels hard or scary?+
That's completely normal, and it makes sense. Reaching out is the bravest first step. I create a warm, gentle space where you are never pushed β we move at whatever pace feels right and safe for you.
What therapeutic approaches do you use?+
I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches. My work is also deeply rooted in attachment theory and humanistic principles.
How much does therapy cost?+
Session fees vary. I accept select insurance plans and also offer private pay rates. I believe financial barriers shouldn't prevent you from getting support, so please reach out to discuss what works for your situation.
Is therapy confidential?+
Absolutely. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential with a few legal exceptions (such as immediate safety concerns). I take your privacy very seriously and will explain confidentiality fully in our first session.
How do I get started?+
Simply reach out by phone or email and we'll schedule a free 15-minute consultation. From there, we can discuss whether we're a good fit and set up your first session.
